I hit 105 lbs reliably within the 30 second time-cap, but hope to hit 115 lbs or better. Realistically, given the brief recovery time and the fact that my 1RM is still 120 lbs, the odds are relatively slim but still possible.
The (mis)adventures and thoughts of an aspiring master archer, lifter, and fantasy author who happens to be irresistibly drawn towards wolves, raptors, and parrots. Preparing for Down for Donuts 2019
One of my warm-up drills involves back extensions. I also do a series of other drills using an empty barbell to get me ready to do some good lifting. There aren't too many places outside of CrossFit gyms that really let me train with barbells properly, if they even know what a barbell is and have any.
