Courtesy of A. Gray-Baker, who filmed my first attempt at the beginner female setting, about 130 lbs. I don't remember how long I lasted, but I did well up until things got a little slippery. I had a second attempt at the actual Rx weight (200+ lbs) where I lasted a shade over 20 seconds, which was pretty good considering I was pretty sweaty, and the handles were a little slick! In the words of my fellow CrossFit Iron Legion folks: Hobbit Power!!
The (mis)adventures and thoughts of an aspiring master archer, lifter, and fantasy author who happens to be irresistibly drawn towards wolves, raptors, and parrots. They may say there's no such thing as Paradise or Perfection, yet I'm still searching for them. Why do I keep searching? A voice speaks to me and says: "Search for Paradise and aspire for Perfection"...
