Kicking Off the CrossFit Open with 18.1

Pictures should be coming in soon, but here's a few so far. Killer Parakeet worked hard, even if he got a little sick watching me do 18.1. I scaled it, but I did it.  It was a 20 minute AMRAP of 8 hanging knee raises, 5 left handed 20 lb dumbbell hang clean & jerks, 5 right handed 20 lb dumbbell hang clean & jerks, and a 12 calorie row.
