Barbell Fun Plus Reindeer Rumble 2019 2/n

My lifting form goes to the toilet after CrossFit competitions, but luckily, Coach J has been amazing in helping me get back on track... even if his methods can be a little unorthodox at times. Both clips are for addressing my positioning through the lift, particularly in getting to the power position. 




These clips are courtesy of A. Trowbridge, who was extremely helpful in keeping my partner alive as well as taking some great clips and photos! WOD 2 at Reindeer Rumble consisted of multiple 60 second AMRAPs. She was able to catch us on our ball tosses through the yokes and most of our thrusters.
