Belated 4th of July

This was after we did the WOD known as 1776, which was a 60 minute AMRAP of 17 power cleans, 76 air squats, take the barbell apart, and take each part around the 200 meter loop.

As always, I. Ramirez of Valkyrie did an amazing job of photographing everyone at Iron Legion who participated in the hero WOD.

And then there was a bit of time with the archers of An Crosaire to help blow off some steam... This critter didn't stand a chance against the might of Xibalba once I calibrated my distances. Distance here was approximately 18 meters.
