Members' Mayhem, Team Edition, Part 1/n

Another Members' Mayhem is in the book.  Additional pictures will be coming soon, courtesy of Valkyrie Photography. These are the ones I was able to take thus far...

I had a last-minute partner change because my original partner had an appointment that would force her to leave before the final event, so she swapped with another person who had to leave early. Things went very well even if it took some time to figure out each others' quirks during workouts at the intermediate level. We didn't die or kill each other, even if the second event was unusually brutal for us.

WOD 1 - Distribute in any way, 25 minute time cap:
 - 70 plate burpees, 10 lbs
 - 400 meter strap run
 - 70 wall balls, 10 lbs
 - 300 meter strap run
 - 70 ground-to-overhead, 35 lbs (clean and jerk or snatch)
 - 200 meter strap run
 - 70 ring rows
 - 300 meter strap run -- We finished here at the 25 minute mark.
 - 70 meter bear crawl
 - 400 meter strap run

WOD 2 - 12 minute time cap, distribute however we saw fit
 - 180 single undrs
 - 80 sit ups
 - 70 power cleans, 35 lbs
 - 60 American (overhead) KB swings, 35 lbs
 - 50 slam balls, 10 lbs
 - 40 push ups -- We finished at the very end of this
 - 300 meter row relay
 - 20 snatches, 35 lbs
 - 5 wall climbs

WOD 3 - 18 minute time cap, distribute as needed until the relay portion
 - 50 meter team tire flip
 - 200 meter run
 - 50 meter team tire carry
 - 200 meter run
 - 100 sledge hammer strikes
 - 200 meter run
Then 10 round relay of {
  - 20 air squats
  - 10 hanging knees raises
  - 5 burpees
  }

We got to the 5th round of the 10 round relay... we probably could have finished if we had been able to figure out how to do the tire carry a little faster.

Our Alpha wolf getting ready to make his announcements. As always, he makes some of the most amazing events and competitions!

Beginner division...

Intermediate division - This was a VERY tough division!

And then there was Rx, where the tiebreaker event involved a minute of maximal effort burpees to see which team could get more.
