Barbell Relief

We had a pretty brutal barbell session with full snatches, full clean and jerks, heavy back rack lunges, and front squats, although I ran out of time for front squats.



I think our brains got a little fried after doing our warmups and things went even further downhill once we got our snatches and clean & jerks.  Our fearless Viking warrior missed our fun, but we probably weirded out CJ the Olympic lift mechanic with our antics.
