High Volume Training Day

So I'm not far from getting an actual competition prep protocol for my weightlifting. In the meanwhile, I had a high volume day focusing on my snatches and overhead squats.  Coach V has been pushing me in speed to get my movements to be more fluid now that Coach J has slowed me down to make sure I have the proper positioning and catch the finer details of the lifts to make sure my foundation is solid.
