Hang Clean From Knee and Snatch Grip Behind the Head Push Press


This is my clean from the knee, which is a rather awkward position.  This was 85 lbs, approximately 70% of my 1RM.  I prefer either from the ground or slightly above the knee, but the knee forces me to work on that transition from sending my shins and knees back to shooting them forward into triple extension.

And then there's one of the accessory lifts, the snatch grip behind the head push press. Again, at 85 lbs, which is about 70% of my maximum jerk.  This is a rather awkward lift, but it's much more pleasant than the jerk balance or the snatch balance.
