So Close...

The sub-5 minute 1000 meter row evades me yet again, but it is going down soon! I'm also hoping to build into a sub-10 minute 2000 meter row in under 10 minutes soon! It all comes down to form, which includes triple extension and strong pulls at the end of the extension.


And then there was the Barbell Club workout.  I went based on a 70 lb snatch and a 105 lb clean & jerk as well as a 70 lb strict overhead press.  Those numbers are going up by the end of this calendar year!
