Baseline WOD

I had a 5k run yesterday combined with 100+ push-ups and 100+ body-weight rows and odds and ends plyometric work.  Then today I did a little bit of a baseline WOD. It wasn't too bad for the day immediately after an endurance drill and still feeling very sore... along with feeling the after-effects of chasing small children all day.
