I still have a lot of work to do on both snatches and clean & jerks but I did get some baselines based on what I could handle reliably and comfortably. My general tendencies are to not fully do the triple extension and not drop down quickly enough to catch the bar. I think I'm doing reasonably well on the coming up part though. Let's see how much progress I'll make on the next round of videos!
First I did the snatches... I should be catching in full squat (or just about) but for now, low power position isn't too bad!
And then the clean & jerks... Again, I tend to catch a little high, but a lot better than before.
