Fenrir's Mayhem V: WODs 2 and 3

WOD 2: Revenge of the Alpha Beast aka Clean & Jerks are always fun! In other words, for scaled female, it was a clean & jerk ladder of 35, 55, 75, 95, 115 lbs in a time limit of 5 minutes. If this endeavor is met with success, then the next lift is of a weight greater than 115 lbs with a 2 minute time cap. Suffice to say, I got stopped after 95 lbs because I kept forgetting to drop under the bar (oops!)


















And then there was WOD 3: Vikingr Atganga. This was a 10 minute WOD that consisted of a 300 meter run, 5 35 lb rope pulls, 300 meter row, walking lunge with a 35 lb sand bag, 5 burpee-bag over wall-body over walls, 300 meter 95 lb (plus 35 lb sand bag) wheelbarrow run, scaling back over the wall, and sprint back to the starting line.  I didn't get past the burpee-bag over wall-body over wall part, as I was getting a pretty spectacular respiratory jam and spent most of my WOD coughing or trying not to vomit all over the place.
