All I can say about this WOD was that it took my breath away! With only a 6 minute time cap and a 6-4-2 rep scheme of pull-ups, 65 lb snatches, 135 lb deadlifts, and hand-stand pushups, it was a killer. Then again, scaling it further down, my pull-ups turned into 18/12/6 jumping pull ups and the handstand pushups turned into 3/2/1 wall walks to as close as I can get my face or gut to the wall.
The (mis)adventures and thoughts of an aspiring master archer, lifter, and fantasy author who happens to be irresistibly drawn towards wolves, raptors, and parrots. They may say there's no such thing as Paradise or Perfection, yet I'm still searching for them. Why do I keep searching? A voice speaks to me and says: "Search for Paradise and aspire for Perfection"...
