USA Archery Indoor Nationals 2022 1/n

This was a bit of a messy Indoor Nationals for me after coming back from a brutal week and last-minute changes to my form and shot sequence. As always, T. Muntyan has been playing a key role in ensuring I maintain a strong, consistent shot sequence.  I also have D. Marrero working with me on my mental game, and as of the last few events, I have added the unorthodox insights and wisdom of A. Johnson, who has also been pushing me intellectually to the absolute limits.

Day 1: Settling into the changes to my shot sequence. This was MESSY, but very much worth it, as I came out much less fatigued both physically mentally.

And there was day 2, where I had the new challenge of a low blood sugar and tested my ability to remain calm and focused despite the uncomfortable scenario.
