Gator Cup draws near, which means we had our boot camp at Easton-Newberry led by none other than Coach R. Regojo. Suffice to say, 100 seconds for three arrows at 70 meters gets rather spicy and exciting!
And then there was my physical assessment at the hands of D. Marrero, who was introduced to me by mastermind J. Philyaw, who straightened my weightlifting form out before bringing me back into the world of archery and then assisting me in balancing my two sports. Between T. Muntyan and these two gentlemen, let's just say shooting Olympic recurve and still being able to do Olympic weightlifting has never felt better!
Today's benchmark included weighing in at 147.4 kg fully clothed and happily fed and carrying 22.1% (32.57 lbs) body fat (according to THIS device). Let's see how I progress!
