It was a fairly quiet ride on the river, but we did see a few animals.

We honored fallen officer J. Forsyth, who served the Ocala Police Department.

Light Hang Snatch and Rack Jerk Work

It's not always flashy and heavy. Sometimes it's just light work to incorporate small changes in form. Today was a mixture of hang snatches (tall and standard hang) as well as rack jerks (to conserve energy).
