The first two clips are of the clean & jerk, which is making some progress with a 120 lb maximum. It's still a relatively weak lift for me especially compared to my back squat and deadlift (205 and 265 lbs respectively for maximums).
The next clips are of the snatch. This is my weakest lift by far with a maximum of only 85 lbs (this is 65 lbs), but one that's making progress.
