Snatch-Squatch Drill Baseline

This is a Snatch-Squatch drill at 45 lbs.  It consists of 3 rounds of a snatch-grip deadlift, a hang squat snatch, a snatch balance, and an overhead squat.

This is a plain ol' snatch at 55 lbs. I still have trouble dropping under the bar quickly enough, but it's getting there.
