I decided to provide company for my lifting buddy T. Harris, plus I do love a good weightlifting meet, especially if it's local.
I completed my 28 kg and 30 kg snatches. The 32 kg snatch was a bit of a mess, where about halfway through my pull, something didn't feel right, so I just threw it and jumped back.
And then there were my clean & jerks, which were at 38, 40, and 42 kg respectively. I probably could have gone heavier, but I was playing rather cautiously. I decided to power both snatches and cleans simply to reduce my risk, although I can comfortably squat both lifts when needed.
And then there were the rest of our shennanigans, including the lifts performed by my lifting buddy T. Harris, who is well on her way to a national title.
