Here's a small grab-bag of some of the drills I have been working on as I build towards my goal of a 105 kg Olympic weightlifting total at a 64 kg body weight. Suffice to say, I'm looking forward to eventually building up my totals, even if it take me a while!
I am working on consistency in getting at a bare minimum 12,000 steps a day (approximately 8 km) a day no matter what, and there have been a few locations that have made this much, much easier. The first is the Ocala Recharge Park, which is also home to a good population of whistling ducks.
And then there was Sholom Park today...
