USA National Masters Weightlifting 2021
I did not compete in it, but I had the honor of watching my weightlifting partner T. Harris compete and holding her own. She completed the event with a 108 kg total with a 1st in clean & jerk, and 2nd in both snatch and total.
And then today, to help clear my system, I got a bit of archery and running in today along with some drills to address stability and strength concerns. The running and drills are courtesy of the two masterminds J. Philyaw and T. Muntyan.

NFAA Southeast Sectional Indoors 2021
Pictures were fairly sparse because of the exceptionally hectic pace of the event, but I shot some of the best I ever shot under adverse conditions, including rain, erratic strong winds, and cold.
