So I completed a powerlifting meet today at Iron Legion Strength & Combat with a 292.5 kg total. I have an amazing coach and team from Invictum Strength and Performance!
The lifts were filmed by a little kid who didn't have much experience in filming, but I think he did a decent job!
Squat: 90 kg, 97.5 kg, 102.5 kg
Bench: 55 kg, 57.5 kg (miss), 57.5 kg
Deadlift: 120 kg, 127.5 kg, 132.5 kg
